Dave Dickson

Managing Director

Dave has over 28 years of experience in the Waste Water Diversion and Waste Water Treatment Industry. His vast industry knowledge has been paramount in the marketing of the Fox Enviro brand.

He has been the driving force behind the development & success of the National and International Fox Distributors. Dave works with our distributors both nationally and internationally to ensure you receive the best possible service and products that Fox is renowned for.

From working with hydraulic engineers on small domestic projects to large custom applications, Dave is your go-to person to help achieve the best result you are looking for.

Haley Penhall

Office Manager / Internal Sales

Haley brings over 15 years of Office Management and Administration experience to the Fox Team. Her focus on customer service will make choosing the right product and getting a quote an easy and seamless process.

Haley is the cheerful voice when you call Fox for all your stormwater protection requirements and is always happy to help – give her a call today!

When Haley isn’t providing outstanding customer service at Fox you will find her spending time with her furry friends, Wilson and Daisy.

Michael Heath

Operations Manager / Design Engineer

Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Fox Team. With two degrees in engineering (associate degree of eng (mech) and bachelor of eng (mech)) and experience in workshop management and manufacturing.

Michael is always available to discuss design, operation, and answer any technical questions you may have.

In his spare time Michael is a volunteer firefighter after spending 10+ years working as a qualified firefighter in QLD.

Sales Team

Daniel Muller

Qld Sales Representative

Daniel has been with Fox for over 3 years now and has proved to be a valuable member of the Fox team. He has completed a Certificate III in Business as a trainee with Fox followed by the study of Business in the United States before returning to become a permanent member of the Fox team

Daniel has moved into a state sales role after completing his “apprenticeship” in the factory – learning about everything Fox under the guidance of Steve Lewis.

Charles Coathup

NSW Director

With over 22 years of experience in the stormwater and wastewater industry, Charles has spearheaded a wide range of projects across Australian and international markets.

His career continues to support engineers and contractors of all sizes in the selection, specification, supply, installation and maintenance of stormwater and wastewater diversion and treatment systems.

He has served on various committees, actively contributing to the industry’s growth.

Charles is a passionate advocate for proactive management strategies, leveraging data to optimise asset longevity, performance and compliance.

Simon Hajduk

NSW State Manager

Simon brings over 15 years experience in environmental protection, specialising in wastewater management. He has developed extensive expertise across all facets of the field, including product specification, selection, supply, installation, maintenance, and optimisation. His ability to integrate technical expertise with practical application ensures long-lasting, effective outcomes.

As the head of Fox Environmental Systems’ NSW branch, Simon plays a pivotal role in driving growth and servicing the local market. His leadership combines a commitment to exceptional customer service with a passion for environmental innovation, supporting Fox Environmental Systems’ mission to protect and sustain the environment through leading-edge solutions.

Steve Lewis

Senior Systems Technician

Steve is a Qualified Fitter and Turner with over 35 years experience in the design and construction of electrical control panels and associated systems. Steve’s vast knowledge and experience ensures all our systems use the most up to date technology and built to the highest industry standards.

Cathy Bennett

Accounts, HR and Customer Service

Cathy heads up the accounts payable and receivable and the HR department for the Fox Enviro Team. With a background in Construction, Education and Training Cathy has extensive experience in customer service and also supports Haley in the office.

In her spare time Cathy loves to spend time outdoors with her family and new addition, Koda the Belgian Shepherd.

Tracey Noble

Financial Controller

Tracey heads up our financial department and is a wealth of knowledge with her qualifications in accounting. She has been with Fox since 2019 and is an invaluable member of the team.

When Tracey is not looking after Fox you will find her on a golf course somewhere!
