H.C. Ted Mentz established Environmental Equipment Inc. (EEEUSA) in 1977. His idea for a more effective and efficient floating aerator became a reality in 1977 when the first EEE Aerator was placed in a sewage lagoon and outperformed anything on the market. With this success and the growing requirement for environmental protection Ted searched for superior products in the environmental industry.
Meeting with a Fox Environmental Systems representative in Singapore in 1990 was the beginning of a long standing relationship for the two business’ who believed there was a strong market for the Fox Diversion Systems in the United States. Wastewater Diversion Systems was formed and became the sole US distributor for all Fox Environmental Systems products.
